    Remove oils, fat and dirt from aluminum surface.
    We have TOP GREENAL CLEAN, a phosphorus and boron free cleaner. It is an environmentally friendly product that can decrease burden in wastewater treatment.

    Generally with sodium hydroxide solution, etch and remove the segregation layers and natural oxide films on the surface.

  • Chemical polishing and quality improvements (Brightness, gloss degree, hand-touch feeling) Product name ALGLOSS S-200, ALSATIN series, TOP GREENAL GLOSS 300,TOP GREENAL SATIN 200

    Chemical polishing is conducted to obtain glossy or matte (pearly or satin) appearances.
    We have TOP GREENAL series that don’t contain fluorides and phosphoric acid.

    Remove smut resulted from alloying elements such as copper, zinc or silicon in aluminum.
    We have TOP GREENAL DESMUT 400 for easy wastewater treatment, a desmutting agent that is not nitric-acid based.

    Generally with sulfuric acid baths, conduct anodizing treatment.
    Transparent and porous layers are formed on aluminum, and the oxide films have ultra-micro pores in nanometer size.

    If there are non-through holes, screw holes on aluminum parts, or if aluminum is jointed with plastic or other substrates, acids used in anodizing steps can remain in these holes or joint areas and can cause irregular coloring, dye bleeding, slobbery stains. To prevent such defects, conduct surface conditioning.

    Immerse aluminum into dyeing solution to make coloring dyes absorbed into micro-pores.
    For this step, we have a foaming preventing agent (TAC ANTIFOAM), a mold preventing agent (TAC KABIKORON-3), and a pH controlling agent (TAC CONTROLLER PH-5HS) and other related products.
    Also, we have a sunlight resistance improvers (TAC STABILIZER and TAC SUNBLOCK 88).

    Oxidized aluminum is hydrated at the insides of ultra-micro pores, also nickel hydroxide deposits near the top of the pores. By these reactions, dyes are stuffed into holes and corrosion resistance is enhanced.
    Generally, nickel-acetate based sealers are used for sealing.
    We have nickel-free sealing agents such as TOP NF SEAL S-205 and TOP NF FIX F-25.
